Fear, what causes it? As a child, after my mother read me the story of the Gingerbread Man, I was scared of the Gingerbread man cookie she bought me because of his antics in the story.

Fear really is about feeling vulnerable. When you face your fears, you learn and grown. You fear differently; Face everything and respond and face everything and rise.
