To book a Moment with Monica as an emcee, panelists or speaker, all requests must be made in writing at least 90 (ninety) days before the event. The request should include the date and time of the event; the sponsor of the event; the location; estimated audience size, attire; Monica’s role in the event and a contact name, email, street address and phone number.
